Nevada 25/50/20
Minimum liability: $25,000 bodily injury per person, $50,000 per accident, $20,000 property damage.
At-fault (tort) state.
- Uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage must be offered (you may reject it in writing).
- SR-22 filing available for high-risk drivers.
- Continuous coverage is verified electronically — a lapse can suspend your registration.
